I had similar experience, 'manager' said it has to be over £5 otherwise wont work. As others are getting £5 off £5 I'm quite upset. Hope my code works in other store.

Could some confusion be because it isn't supposed to be used with offers? Eg the hand creams are on offer at £5 instead of £10, but I was told that if you tried to use the voucher, the till would automatically remove the half price offer.

I had no problems yesterday with getting 2 £5 items free, however went to Manchester today and was told point blank 'you can't have this free, it can only be used as part of a payment' Told her that the T&Cs didn't mention a minimum spend and she put it through for me.

Right stuck up one she was!

(there are 4 of us on o2, hence the 2 yesterday and 2 today)

I was told that those handcreams wouldn't work as they were reduced.

The assistant said that there was no minimum spend & anything on offer like 3 for 2 was ok, but you couldn't use the £5 code against reduced items.

I got told that I couldn't use it on the hand creams as they were reduced already. The 3 pack was £30 now £15. I'm pretty sure last xmas' body shop priority moments offer was valid on anything!, even reduced items!! I had to settle for buying the hand creams at £15, used my £5 off on a scrub thing that was £6 usually (paid £1 for that).

I took to the till £5 full priced face wash. They are part of 3 for 2, but I had only one product :(

I also used the body shop £5 voucher as full payment for a £5 item in store. Really pleased :)
  • I used the £5 bodyshop voucher to get a £4 shower gel (ginger one is gorgeous) - SA was unsure it would work on something less than £5 but it went through fine. The SA was lovely and really helpful (Letchworth store).

Another free roll of wrapping paper today :) WHSmith this time valid until 24/12 subject to availability. Shows 3 different ones in the picture so it may be like the Xmas cards and you get to choose any roll which would be great.
  • Norwich body shop refused to even look at the app told me it wouldn't work there.
Walked out and left the stuff its all overpriced anyway, I'd rather buy and pay for my soap and glory bag from boots. I only buy stuff on offer from body shop as presents.
Hotel chocolate oos as well though I did see some there
Fragrance shop no hassle and service with a smile the kids are well pleased.

It was in the T&C's that it doesn't work in Norwich or the 2 Cambridge shops :( Unsure why they wouldn't work in these shops, I got caught out with a Groupon the other week not noticing the T&C's that Norwich wasn't included.
