  • So the Priority Moments are now ONLY if you have the relevant app on your phone and my very basic O2 phone can't get any of the offers? Very unfair and I've wasted most of the afternoon on this. Wish they'd made this clear.

On that basis, I take back what I said and reaffirm that O2 are a bunch of dicks! It's simple to have ONE unique code per mobile phone number..they even make you login with with your number every time for crying out loud.. It begs belief on just how many offers we've lost out to, due to not having the required phone. IM STILL A !!!!ING O2 CUSTOMER!!

I haven't had to login in every time. The phone stays logged in.

They have to have a system where codes only last a short time to prevent you running from one branch to the next.

Remember no one takes a O2 contract for the "moments", it really is a bonus.

I used the body shop code to get the Vanilla body spray - cost me £2.50 and this is cheap as usually manage to get it 50% off and I do like this.

It only runs out an android phones

On windows phones the codes are saved permanently until the date the offer expires

Occasionally Ive used some offers with a generic code more than once but only when there was a different person serving me or I was at a different branch

UNique one time use codes are the way to go really eg like the cafe nero offers

    I've been Money Tipped!
Had a great day today - got aftershave with £10 discount and a little gift in the body shop for free! Then a hot choc for free - the kind of shopping trip I like! :)
  • Got a hemp hand cream earlier today from the Body Shop, one of the 30ml ones. Would have been £5, but got it for free with the O2 app! Really handy, as my hands tend to flare up when the Winter really kicks in. Can't believe O2 are footing the bill for all these freebies!

Where do you get the app for a windows phone? DH has one and I've been looking for it but couldn't find it anywhere.

Hi, I can new to this. Can I 'load' the offers before leaving home? I don't have internet allowance on my phone so would be a bit stuck when out.

    That's what I do :)

The downside being that if the shop doesn't have the item in (i.e. WHSmith) then you've lost the code once you click out of Priority Moments on your phone as it then shows as redeemed.
