I don't think they had the right to do that as theres no minimum spend in the T&C - you probably just got a cashier that objected to you getting something for free

Simplest thing to do is to either go to a different store or to the same store with a different person serving you

I got a £5 mens deoderant for free yesterday - so they can put it through the tills

(£5 is a silly price though - I usually pay about 50p)

I got a foot file for £5 yesterday no problem, again £5 is a lot but I needed it and its cheaper than the £2.50-£3 I'd spend elsewhere.

London Bridge branch has both the crackers and the puddings. London Waterloo was out of both. Which. didn't match the stock levels shown on the app.

I bought 3 x shower gel in body shop yesterday £4 each or 3 for £8.

The fiver off wouldnt go through the till so the girl had to get the manager who tried to tell me it had run out, and i said no its from the 12th to 19th, and theres no min spend stated if you read it. so she tread the t&cs and she had to over ride the prices on the till so i only had to pay the extra £3.

Hi, I have just signed up to O2 moments and I'm delighted!!
I got 2 Calven Klein One Shock from the Fragrance Shop today and paid £1.98 for the 2.. Fantastic.... and the Body Shop deal too.


However, I have a question. I want to make use of the Currys offer but it is only showing in a store that I don't want to use..
How do I change the store location please?

Well went to O2 shop near us and I went in told them I had come for the O2 priority offer.
He asked how many I wanted and then said if I sing a song I could have it, I said if I started singing it will pour down, anyways he just gave me 4 rolls and some gift tags... didnt look or ask anything...

So can someone verify for me that the O2 priority moments are now only if you have an app phone ( and not a bog standard basic one like me)? There used to be the odd thing that didn't require an app. If so I won't waste my time trying to log on to see if there's anything there for me any more. TIA

I had similar experience, 'manager' said it has to be over £5 otherwise wont work. As others are getting £5 off £5 I'm quite upset. Hope my code works in other store.
