Thanks in which case I won't bother with them in the future, franchise store always seem to have different rules and things.

Hemp hand cream large tube on offer for £5. Assistant said that it's a special offer and it can't be used with the O2 £5 code Was able to get the smaller tube though

I got the large tube in the Manchester Arndale store last week with no problems.

Gosh i love priority moments! 2 free Body Shop gifts, 1 free o2 roll wrap (wrapped a pressie for my friends dog in it haha) and just picked up 2 free £4.49 rolls of wrap from WH Smith (1 pink with glittery Christmas tree and 1 white with pink glittery Christmas trees) .

The girl in WH Smiths just had a written code for these, and didn't want to look at the phone, they were having an issue or something? but our 2 codes were the same as hers.
