saw on F&F homepage that if you 'like' them on facebook, you get a 10% off next order code - anyone tried this & can the code be used by anyone else (me!)?0

Just had a heated conversation with Tesco Direct this morning. I bought 2 coats and a cardi using double up vouchers a week ago but one of the vouchers wouldn't work so customer services put £10 through as a store credit. Now I want to return one of the coats which cost me £10 of vouchers doubled up i.e. £20 and all they're prepared to do is give me £3.33 back on a credit card! I should at least get £10 of vouchers recredited surely! I'm now off to try getting a credit note from my local tesco customer services by reckoning I've lost the receipt! Is this likely to work?
You'll only be able to get the original voucher (pre-double up) back, but not sure where they got £3.33 from! If there's anything you can exchange for its the best way to not lose out0 -

Yes, thanks. They won't give me back the original points or double up voucher. The woman who answered more or less said "Tough, you can't exchange or have a refund apart from £3.33 which is a good deal cos you didn't pay with money!" I was offered clothes to the value of £20 when I tried in store. If I didn't enjoy benefiting from their weekly glitches so much,:( I'd avoid Mr T altogether.0 -

I need to return a jacket and the guy on Direct at the store was quite confused, but seemed to think I could exchange an item for clothing instore but only the original voucher value would be credited if I just wanted a refund. Spose that's fair really.0 -
Bought a couple of the £5 jumpers yesterday. Wore one today and no wonder they are reduced. The quality is awful. Poloneck lasted about 1 hour before the neck went all baggy and the sleeves started to gape. Took it back today and swapped for a T-shirt!0
