Something strange going on or I didn't read the signs properly but in my store there are massive signs stating "Knitwear" reductions with small working under it stating "excludes cashmere and .... can't remember".

There was a rail with some reduced items with a sign stating that reduction would be taken off at the till. I didnt find anything here so went into the clothing section and picked up a hoddie at £12.50 and a light jumper (which looked very silmilar to the ones on the rails) at £16 assuming they would be £10 each (as every jumper is classed as knitwear on the website).

When I went to the till I was overcharged but let it go through. Went to customer services. The hoodie weirdly showed as Knitwear, even though they said it shouldnt have and the other jumper (which I thought was knitwear) didnt show as Knitwear.

After some debate they gave me the hoodie for £5 (should have been £10 as was over £12 and thought it was cheeky asking for DTD) and the other jumper I returned.

It seems strange the signs don't seem to state "On Selected Items" though unless I have missed something? :(

Trouted. Tried to take an item back as too large, didnt have a tag on when I got it home. Took it to my nearest store (one i bought it from twice as far away) and was told they need the tag to resell it and ill have to take it back to the one i bought it from. All i wanted to do was swap it for the right size (which they had!) Fuming!! Queue was massive as well must have waited half an hour just to be told that!

    Officially fed up with tesco:mad:
Requested online voucher exchange this morning so I could get a coat. After typing in ten voucher codes said there was an error so to re try. Wouldn't let me use the vouchers again so thought it must of gone through. Rang customer services a couple of hours later who said it was taking a bit longer than normal so leave it another couple of hours (it states on the website expect 30 mins) so I've waited and waited all day...now the coat I wanted is out of stock! So mad! Can I politely say I no longer need the exchange voucher? I doubt they will get more stock.

Picked out a nice sweater from the knitwear section expecting it to be £5(as £12 or less) but went through till at £12. Said I'd leave it and then saw duty manager on way out and asked if all tops in knitwear section were included and was told they had no idea what was included and what wasn't, helpful as ever!!!
It only takes a second to say thanks!

I found size 22 yesterday. (I'd recommend trying on as I thought it would have been on the tight side for a woman with 44" bust.)
