    Hi all...

Does anyone know if there is any free delivery for orders for this. Just spent ages looking and looking on the Tesco site and can't see anything so assume not but thought I'd ask the professionals here.

    TIA

You can get free delivery to store for collection.

11 out of 12 items cancelled - and they had the cheek to still itemise the full postage cost.

Thanks.... How about home delivery?? If you know?

  • I got my coat today - I described it as a Liam Gallagher reject on this thread, but it'a actually lovely, not just practical so I'm very pleased (especially as like a total idiot I lost £10 yesterday by wandering away from the cashpoint in my own little dream world and forgetting to take the money, grrrr, so at least the double-up saving cancels that out!)

If there was no one behind you or didnt see you leave the cash in the machine after a little while it 'sucks' it back in so you mite be lucky and find it credited back to your bank account.:)

Got the lovely coat I've been lusting after reduced to £20. I also had a '£6 off a £40 spend' voucher from the till on a previous shop, so after doing some grocery shopping also, I ended up with a great saving :j:j

Its tesco policy to not accept items without the tags, and items come into store pre-tagged. So I'm afraid it wasn't rubbish! People should have more respect for the staff that are, at the end of the day, only following orders

Thats really weird because the voicemail I have from Tesco Customer Relations apologises and states that I should have been entitled to a refund and apologised that the staff did not follow the correct procedure.

What is the point in referring me to the original store of purchase? I have a receipt proving that I purchased it at Tesco not 24 hours before, so its not like they need to verifiy if I did actually purchase it. If they cant tag it in-store, they will have to send it back to the same distribution centre as the other local store.

It's not my fault it didnt have a tag on it when I left the store, and I've never been told by any other chain that I have to take an item back to the point of purchase, so that, coupled with the apology and the name of the department manager that I am to ask for when I go there tonight in order to have it rectified and pick up a giftcard, tends to suggest that yes, it was rubbish. But thanks for pitching in ;)
  • Has anyone who opted for store delivery been able to collect their order yet?

I haven't had an email or text message to say it was ready for collection as normally happens so I took a chance yesterday and went into the store to see if it was there. The lad behind the counter said nothing was showing up.

Delivery to store is usually really quick or am I just being impatient? I ordered Monday morning.
I could really do with it as it blinking freezing outside today:o
    Nothing to report:p
