  • Hope everyone has more luck than me in trying to pay for an item ! Wasted half an hour using two often used online purchases only, perfectly valid and correctly entered card details, only to receive card not authorised etc error messages. There is only one other online major store this bad - have never yet managed to buy anything from M & S ( nor have they bothered to reply to my enquiry - twice - as to why this happens ) Mega frustration!

Wish I'd ordered into store, my order is still processing since Monday, and I'm very impatient....
  • My order is still processing but one £5 item has gone out of stock. i used £10 of vouchers on the order but now my order is only showing £8.86 discount so i seem to have lost £1.14 from my voucher, i don't really understand why!
  • Already bought lots of the £20 and £10 jumpers and still plenty of stock left at Pool ,Cornwall store .

Checked for old unclaimed Clubcard vouchers yesterday online and managed to find £10 worth .
Then doubled them up to get a £20 clothes voucher via email to spend instore .

Now we think we may have spent enough on these value clothes but can you buy any £20 clothing item with the voucher, return it and exchange the full value for something else non-clothing in store ?

    Debt-free and Proud!
I got mine in store in the end, loads of stock and no one else in Tesco was even looking at them when I got mine. Last size 26 in the style I wanted at the time though.
Debt free since July 2013! Woo hoo! The bank actually laughed when I said I have come in to cancel my overdraft.

Just to say it is worth popping in store. I had my eye on the brown duffle coat (as opposed to the popular plum one), but that was still £40 online. Went in this morning and a very helpful assistant scanned it for me and confirmed it was in the £20 sale in store! They had one left in my size and I am A very happy bunny now! :)

In reply to Ashe's post the other day ( I cant quote, as the blasted site wont let me and keeps asking me to login! although I am logged in...(Martin !)

Do not accept just any old crappy service from ANY store, let alone Tesco..Just stand your ground . If you have a receipt, then you can go online, give details ( Tesco ) which are on your receipt and tell them ' how you did' on your shopping visit.

If you want to compliment, do so.. if you have a complaint, then let them know..you WILL get a reply.

Too many soft people let other ' jobsworth's' ride over them !!

    GRRRRR !

YeahI knewhat she was saying was rubbish. I've already written a complaint in so awaiting a response. I would have stayed longer however my girlfriend had been in london all day for an interview and she was fuming enough after queuing for half an hour, plus there was about 30 people in the queue behind us so I didnt think it fair on them, so after 5 minutes of being told rubbish like they need the tags to resell it (Dont they have tagging devices to tag them with in the first place?!) we decided to call it a day and complain by other means!

Picked up a £59.99, (reduced to £20) coat yesterday, used the Clubcard voucher exchange, so got it for £10.

    Cheers :)
