Taken mine back as a bit on the noisey side for my needs but as a £9 purchase and not worried by the noise after the trial ........ go for it

Got one, it is a bit noisy on back up disks but ok with retail disks.The 2379 code worked for me but it was already set to multiregion anyway.

Like others I bought this over a year ago for about £20. Quality is fine (bought for bedroom), I find it sometimes baulks at home recorded DVD-R but plays every DVD+R that I've used. Sound quality is good BUT I have to turn the TV up further than the Sky box to hear it. Still its only a slight niggle and at £20 I was more than happy. For £9 its a bargain!

You need to call your local Asda first,as Lower early in reading didnt even have a delivery,but is waiting for it.Asda in Tilehurst Reading had 35 and have sold out as well

asda in milton keynes has 3 shelves full by the dvd section on an end bit, and a pallet full near the first entrance by the magazines as well. that was at 9.45am.

When you call Asda dont speak to the woman who answers the phone<she told me the was loads in >,press the option for "video + music,you then talk to the guy who knows if there are any in the shop .

Got mine ASDA Walmart at Havant. They had a big stack by entrance but doubt they will last long as I dont think there was a trolley without one in. Store very busy and slow going as everyone has to fill in a TV license form. .

Bigger the store the more they got in .Asda in Lower Earley in my eyes is huge,but they had only half a crate in !
