I was just wondering if i can play copied dvds on these? I get lots of tv taped on my dads hard drive then burnt to dvd but my dvd player wont play them only the other halves sony one will???

It seems to be the DVD1005 model (source) which means there's a multi-region hack, which you can find at avforums.

Doesn't come with a scart lead, and apparently each store will have a decent stock supply (around 300) which they expect to sell out within a couple of days

Does this play either DIVX, AVI, JPEG, MP4 files?

Look on the unit, it doesn't have the logos, so no.

DivX licensing would cost too much to make that DVD only £9......it wouldn't happen.

Isnt DVD playback alone for £9 good enough?!!!
