Ive got the DVD but havent started it yet...how "jumpy" is it? :j

Hubby wants to do it with me but im a bit nervous about bouncing and jumping about...between us, thats a lot of weight I have visions of things falling off shelves and the TV falling off its bracket ...:o

I've only ever managed levels 1 and 2, but the aerobic sections are quite jumpy! They comprise star jumps (or jumping jacks as Gillian calls them), jumping rope on the spot, butt kicks(!), etc. I am not huge, but feel inhibited doing the DVD upstairs if anyone is in the room below :D

I did levels one and two today with a friend, very achey now!
  • I'd love to try this but I'm restricted to exercising in my bedroom, and the floors are too thin! I'd only shake the house up. :o

I think the 3 levels are on youtube so you could always try level one in your bedroom and modify the star jumps so they're not so jumpy :)

The squats, sit ups and press ups are good and shouldn't shake the house :)

Does one need to buy the DVD for this or can it be purchased and downloaded?

bought this on amazon, waiting for it to be delivered, but I don't have a lot of room, basically the space of a yoga mat, will that be too small a space?
