30 Day Shred

Could someone tell me exactly which DVD to buy... Or give me a youtube video that will show me what it's all about.
I've Googled it but found a few different ones.

Or naything else I can do at home that people have found helps them lose weight!

Thanks!

    This is the dvd

am sure there are extracts on Youtube. Would highly recommend it for working out at home, have had great results from it and only about half an hour with warm up and cool down so easy to fit into your day.

Thanks I'm going gym too but wanted something for home that wasn't more than 35 mins a day too. And my diet is clean. Inches is what I'm aiming for not pound loss. Inches!

Have just googled the dvd and there is a 30min youtube video of level 1. I have just watched it and it does seem to be a complete body workout. :j

Doh has just been pointed out watching doesn't count I have to actually move my ample frame for it to work hmmmm :rotfl:

Should add - thanks for pointing this dvd out.
