Only in week 1 :o and I still feel my lungs are about to explode :o I'm going away next week too, so I'm thinking I may have to start again once I'm back!

I have lost a stone and a half recently though and hoping to lose more :j

  • Both well done and good luck - you can do it!

Thank you! You too, although you seem a lot fitter than me! lol

This is not as hard as Insanity (boooooo) but I like the working arms and legs together to save time :)

My dvd arrived quickly and I did my first Level 1 session yesterday with my husband.

I took it easy and he threw himself into it and was covered in sweat!

We'll do it again tonight! Really enjoyed it :)

I have been ill for a few days and not able to exercise or really do anything :( however I am planning on getting back on track and starting afresh!
Taking responsibility one penny at a time!
  • For those wanting to sample it, before buying. All three levels are on youtube. Someone has uploaded the whole dvd on there (approx 1:30mins )so just have a quick search:)

I'm on level 2 now. Loving the changes I am seeing and also feeling stronger. Great for endurance with long runs as well. I am seeing improvements in that too. No change in the scale so much, but not expecting that to happen so quickly.

Love her no-nonsense approach so much that I bought the collection and intend to get ripped in 30 as well.

I found when I done it, albeit only for around 2 weeks, I didn't lose any pounds only inches. That may just have been me though, but that didn't help me when I need to lose weight :( x

so you lost fat & gained muscle
    thats a win win
