Santander - Bond not paying the interest!!

                    We have just had a santander loyalty tracker bond mature on November 1st and we told them to put the money into our current account.
When we checked, only the capital had been put back in and no interest. We phoned and were told there was a problem (i should say) and the interest should be applied over night. I checked again this morning and again no interest has been added. I phoned the branch again and was told there was still a problem which they are worknig on.
Well I am not expert but i know what interest i should be getting and i am sure they do too!
so where is it and how long are people expected to wait for it?

            I have had the same problem (it seems like it's the same bond too).
 I haven't contacted them yet but I will chase it up if it hasn't been credited today.0

            They've told me it's a technical issue only affecting bonds maturing 1/11.......just my luck0

 sounds to me like S need to sack their IT support staff as they keep making blunders in their systems.0

            Just been phoned by my branch and they tell me that the tech team is making this a prioity and NO customer will be disadvantaged - whatever that means!
 She couldnt tell me how long this will take to resolve, but will keep me informed!

 who said anything about ringing constantly? surely we are entitled to the interest we signed up for, on the day we expect it? People could be urgently needing this money for a house depsit or somerthing!0
