10past6 - its probably possible but expect them to be hard and tasteless like the shop bought ones.

Can anyone tell me if I can freeze a supermarket cooked chicken?

    Thanks all!!

Yes you can....just treat in the same way as you would one that you'd cooked at home. Cool it as quickly as possible before freezing.

    Hello peeps

I've made a quiche which for some unknown reason has not set, does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get it to set please?

did you cook it for long enough?

is it ready made or home made? if ready made I would cook until it sets, and if it doesn't i wouldn't risk eating it. If it's HM, then perhaps there is a little too much liquid - perhaps and extra handful of cheese on top and a bit longer in the oven/under grill would help.

so long as it's cooked through and hot then it should be ok i think

good luck - can anyone else add anything?
