Hello all
I'm going to try and make a lasagna tomorrow and freeze it, however, instead of using mince / meat is there something I could use between the lasagna sheets?

chicken, sweetcorn and mushroom
roasted veggies (something like ratatouille)
can't think of any others at the moment - but I'm sure that the list could be a good long one by the time others have followed0 -
10past6 You can do all sorts of stuff in lasagne: mince/chicken & veg/ tuna/ Cod/ spinach & cheese
Pretty much anything would work as long as there's enough sauce for the lasagne sheets to soak up.

Thx Ollie & Nikki :A
I was going to use this recipe:
200 g pre-cooked lasagne sheets
70 g grated parmesan
1 jar of Bolognese sauce
380 ml milk
45 g butter
3 Tbsp flour
1 pinch nutmeg
salt and pepper
Then just add some veg between the sheets, would that be OK?Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.

Sounds good to me. What sort of veg are you thinking of using? Are you gonna cook the veg in the bolognaise sauce first? You could do that while making the white sauce.

Edit: not sure you need 3tbsp flour - I use 1 heaped spoon when I make a white/cheese sauce:A0
