I've been reviewing the ideas in the laundry section for using own brand soap powder instead of expensive stuff like Bold. However I always use liquid since when I use power I always get bits of powder stuck to my clothes after the wash.

Can anyone either tell me how I can stop this from happening if I go OS and use soap powder, or tell me that it doesn't happen with soap powder?

QOTD if you half the amount of washing powder you would normally use it doesn't stay on the clothes. Probably because there isn't as much of it so it rinses off better.

using white vinegar in place of fabric softener helps this too as it helps get the soap out.

maybe you're not getting the right results because you seem to have an extra i in recipie, if you Google for toffee apple recipe, you get all these, might find something there.

Lolly sticks, maybe a freezer shop or a pound shop.
