Thanks folks, I think the fact that I don't want these but have to chase the appointments etc are what are making me

Apparently I now have the LP on Tuesday early afternoon - the one time I told them was a no go :mad::mad: - will have to get a Taxi there as Dr Dragon has meetings until 13.00 hours, will be 14.00 hours before he gets home, takes an hour to drive and park at the hospital (so 15.00 hours) and the appointment is at 14.00 hours and I will need to be there at least 15 mins before hand  - oh and no idea WHERE in a big teaching hospital the appointment IS

    Hello Dragon, (((hugs)))

I feel for you (as you know, I know that hospital well :(). I found the best person to get on side was the Consultant's Clinic Nurse - his/her secretary should have the direct number if you can't see it below Consultant's details on the hospital website.
Nurse can change the appointment far more easily than you could, also put in place support as needed (hospital transport/helper to assist when you arrive/reserve parking space by Out-patient Entrance door etc).

..Better to change the LP appointment so that DrD can accompany you, as you'll feel wobbly afterwards - a taxi isn't the best transport solution.

    Good Luck!

Okay saw the Neurologist again yesterday, I don't have MS (at the moment!) but I do have damage to my spine which he can't help with :(

At the moment the good news is no MS and no cancer, but as the Neuro chap said the bad news is they still don't know what is wrong with me, BUT I can start to do crochet and knitting again as he wants me to keep my hands mobile. Typing though I have to be careful with so Dragon on the desktop is good :D
