Will you get decent money for it? Or would it be standard pay and you would prefer the night off?

Meh :(, that's a bit naff El. Hmm okay NY being 21st Dec is a new one on me!

Oh had a phone call from the docs - they want to see me for a double appointment - I am guessing this is because at the Pain Clinic I said I was suicidal most of the time :(

Okay Cougar time again! Having spent the morning getting up late (yay for a new strong banister rail and spare crutches!), I then spent a lot of the day staring at the SOFA of DOOM :eek::eek:, finally I plucked up the courage to actually look at what was one there and I have got my bits down to a magazine I am reading and my handbag. Dr Dragon needs to look through his paperwork (and file it/deal with it!) and sort out a couple of boxes (one of which contains a new hard drive for my really unwell desktop :(), hopefully this weekend he can have another crack at fixing my computer as I am fed up of using the laptop (not that I am ungrateful but my desk is the DESK of DOOM as well :p).

Other news - no more weight lost (yah, boo, sucks!), but I have spent no more on my credit card :T:T:T so that is going down nicely. Still need some 'arris kicking to get me back to crocheting though :rotfl:

and yes the DWP has c*cked it up again! Got a letter today saying that as I am in the WRAG ( urm no been in the support group since mid October) I HAVE to attend training courses/interviews etc or my money will be docked.

Luckily Dr Dragon was at home to sort this out, apparently they wrote this letter back in July as they knew things would be changing early December , but "forgot to take Mrs Dragon off the list, please ignore the letter"

Dr Dragon was cool. calm, collected and very, VERY angry - I am suffering from a fluey/cold/bug and can do without the stress. Mind you the bug means two more NSDs :D which is always good!

Now trying to play catch up with two and a half days worth of forum stuff and other emails!

  • Oh Dragon ((()))

I had a client call to the office yesterday with the same letter - I have in the last few weeks got him into the Support Group.

I knew they had done the list in October because that is what us advisers had been told so I managed to send him on his way quite happily without needing to spend hours on the phone to check it.

I think the letter could have been worded differently and sent to all on ESA as some people in the support group might end up in WRAG and they need to know about the sanctions.
I can't think the DWP will be that organised to send out letters to new people on WRAG.

Lets hope for a calmer few months and no news from DWP

EE Dr Dragon metaphorically tore a strip off the DWP and said for anyone with an ounce of computer sense sending a letter only to the support group would have been easy enough.

Meanwhile I am being discharged from the Pain Clinic and going under a Neurologist as they suspect MS *sigh*, never rains but it pours!

Meanwhile I need to get my MSE head back on and save some £'s, lose some lbs and get the house sorted out!
