  • This company is owned by Hammond Kumar. They are currently in the process of being dissolved. This comes into effect on 11th March 2013. Once this happens people will be unable to claim money owed to them through the company. To object to the dissolution of the company you need to contact Companies House on 0303 1234 500 quoting ref DEF6 / 07743223 who will advise you further.
  • Please see hammondkumar.com for more information re his companies and what you can do to claim money back.
  • Has anyone had any luck lately with recovering any monies owed from A1 or Hammond Kumar ? I am owed deposit money from 1st September. I am aware the company has been wound up but am wondering if I can sue Kumar personally to recover the debt. Nationwide my bank refuse to refund the the 500 pounds under the visa dispute system, I am about to take them to the ombudsman but as this is only 500 its difficult to recover with out the outlay of further costs which may never be rcovered
  • I got my £400 deposit back at the end of December 2012. I was ringing the company daily and they were completely disinterested. Finally I rang them and advised them that if the money was not returned to my account within 24 hours I would hand the debt over to a debt agency. I told them which agency would be responsible and the name of the specific person who would be dealing with it for me. I then explained the process the individual would use to reclaim the money from their company. The £400 refund was paid into my account within 15 minutes.
  • I'm very pleased to announced after getting well and truly screwed over by these morons taking over £700 from my account on Feb 27th, i've eventually got every single penny back as of yesterday! i'm over the moon. It's taken a lot of effort and two whole months but i got there. I'll be happy to share what i did with anyone who needs help as it has infuriated me for months!
