    Well done :T
How much have you lost in total?

I have lost 1st 7lb since May and only another 2lb to go and at target weight unless I decide to go a little lower and lose a final 3lbs. It's either 2lb or 5lb depending. I'm so happy where I am as my clothes fit perfectly and I've finally got to where I wanted to be for a long time. It was common sense and exercise that did the trick alongside the food diary option on Sainsbugs Diets that really helped me sort my diet out!

NSD wise - will deffo get another one in tomorrow

    Debt-free and Proud!
Well, as today turned out not to be a NSD I really went to town. Bought almost all my pressies on @m@zon this aft and convinced DH we should go shopping tonight instead of tomorrow. Had a £5 off a £40 shop but only needed a few bits so bought some drinks to put away for xmas to get the total to £40. Should be able to make it to Sat if not Sun without having to spend money, here's hoping!

Keep up the good work xxx

Evening all! Just popping in for update #2 of the day and declaring NSD #10 :j In fact, I've not been near a shop today..I think I've lost my shopping mojo  My xmas shopping is still at a juddering halt and I haven't even drawn up my spreadsheet to plan Xmas dinner purchases (sad I know, but I order some bits online from Cook! and have those delivered, and some items that are really overpriced on there I get from either MnS, Mr T or Ms S, however I have a £5 off £25 food for MnS, cc vouchers and a gift card for Mr T and nectar points for Mr S so need to work out what to buy where to maximise use - oh and thinking of using a 50p Aunt Bessies voucher to get some parsnips from her range and just whack those out of the freezer - oh my head is spinning!)

Well done on standing your ground Jinty :j and Cheryl...no getting up to any 'funny business' in the back row of the cinema ;) hee hee, only kidding, have a lovely time. One of mine and OH first dates was to the cinema, half way there he announced he hadn't been in about 12 yrs  had a fab time though :D

    Well done Beanie :T

I have weigh-in tomorrow at Fat Camp :D

I am aiming for another 7.5lbs before Christmas if I can, but 5.5lbs would mean I had lost 3 stones between 1st June and Christmas, so I'm happy with that. I have around another 2 stones to go

:rotfl: rather comforting to discover I'm not the only person who goes there on a date when it's not a normal way of spending my time :)

only been with a 'chap' twice before - with the BF of the day in 1986 and with hubby in 1994. both times they were engrossed in the film !!! given this outing is his choice rather than mine, I can see the same thing happening again :rotfl:

Ah but I was fatter than when you met me when I started Fat Club :D

The minimum for my height is apparently 9.5 stones which is too small for my frame, but I'm aiming for 10.5 which gives me two more to go....

(My official WW goal is 11 though ;))
