Yaaaaaaaaaay! Got my exam results today.
In the solo dances (two dance for a bronze award) I got 95% honours, and in the team, we got honours and I got 90%
They specifically noted my excellent 'street attitude' LOL.
Also got Ash's as she won't be going to her class this week. She got 85% highly commended with 'good timing and poise'. I'm so proud of her
Can't wait to show her her results in the morning!Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Thanks!
Not much to update with other than a couple of spending diary bits. Did our food shop to get us through to Sunday. £18.50 spent in the coop. Amazing to see how not very far that much goes in the coop, whereas if I'd have spent that in Aldi I'd have got loads more! I literally got 2 bags of shopping for that. In Aldi I'd have half a trolley worth! Shocking...
The change from the £20 went on a donation for the girls who are doing a fun run at school tomorrow. I got a text from school basically saying it's £1 a child and no mention of whether it was voluntary or not.... I hate when schools do that. It may not be a lot of money but to some it might be and of course there's the pressure to donate! Ah well...
Oh and I've paid £20 off the very this week.
Hope everyone is having a good week!Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Holidaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!
Broke up from work today so it's officially holiday mode time
Have all our money ready to go, just need to pack now
Topped up the car with petrol today. Put in this and next week's budget so £35 in all. I bought lunch today as well as it was quite a stressful day (typical of a last day!). That was £4.50 (I may have also bought cupcakes.. *whistles*) plus a £2 work collection that went round too.
Tomorrow is packing day followed by a date night with DP. Sunday is going to be fairly manic in getting the last bits ready for when we leave early Monday morning (Have to be at the airport for 6am ) Will try and update before we go, but if not, I'll see you all one the flipside!Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Good moooorning!
Wow what a week. Got back Monday afternoon and only just starting to recover from the journey home! lol. Had such a fantastic week it was amazing. Worth every single penny. The resort was gorgeous and the weather perfect (24-26C all week with glorious sunshine/blue skies).
There was so much to do we didn't hear the girls say they were bored once and they loved every minute.
We did all sorts, went on a boat trip, the girls went water zorbing in a water park, went to the beach, went to discos, played bingo, did horse riding... there was so much to do it was fantastic. Had 1040 photos to sort through yesterday! Was worth every penny though.
One of the definite highlights was that we went to 'Marineland' where they had a dolphin show. Ash, out of all of the children watching the show, got picked to be IN the show! She got to meet, stroke and kiss one of the dolphins, and got to ride in a little boat and be pushed round the massive tank by one too! I've never seen her so excited or have a grin so big! We were so jealous of her, she was definitely the luckiest girl there that day! She was made up
I have to admit to putting the Marineland trip on the credit card, because inc transport it was 132euro but it ended up worth every single penny and we had a brilliant day.
The only bad parts of the holiday was having a massive panic attack on the plane on the way home, and the mozzie bites! Other than that we loved every single minute and have so many wonderful memoriesIt's been a long time of saving towards it (2 years in all!) but was completely worth it.
Kids are back at school now, but I'm not back at work until Monday so have a bit of a break to recover and relaxShame about the housework that I've got to do :rotfl:

Glad you had a fantastic time, she'll remember that trip for the rest of her life. I'm so jealous, I remember going to Seaworld and seeing a little girl get to do something similar and I was so jealous. I love dolphins.HSBC CC - £3000 / £3000
