Finally managed to get a card reader working so have done my budgets at last!

    Food £60.00
    Petrol £30.00 (£20 spent already)
Social £0.00 (have dropped this budget this week due to having to put extra petrol in and treating myself to a bacon sarnie ;))
    Dance £20.00 (£10 spent already)
Holiday stuff £30.00 Off shopping with my best friend Saturday in prep for holidaaaaay
Holiday fund £27.48 (to replace money spent on MOT last week as was a couple of quid short in my main account)
French club £17.50 Had the bill for this today *rolls eyes*

    Total out £154.98
    Total in bank £190.54

    Surplus to CC £35.56

Going to have to order another card reader as even the one that's working is playing up. I hate these fiddly little things!! What ever happened to the good old days of having passwords that you just put into a website? *rolls eyes*

I totally agree IA, I know its for security etc, but I hardly bother checking my accounts as its a faff finding the stupid reader things (more than one account), so I am not on top of things as much anymore

    Confession time :rotfl:
Have ordered 3 pairs of shoes from my catalogue (0% for 3 months of course..). I needed new dance shoes as my trainers are starting to fall apart and give me blisters which isn't good two weeks before our exams , and the girls needs shoes for holiday/summer. Very had sent me a £20 off voucher if you spent £50 or more so at least I got some money off. With the voucher taken off I spent £51, so over the next 3 months I'll be paying £50pm to clear off the hoover and shoes before the 0% runs out. Presuming of course they're suitable and I don't send them back!

Unexpected morning off work waiting for a (hopefully hunky) AA man to come and try to work out why my car isn't starting this morning.

God damn cars and their expense! Fingers crossed the AA man can fix it. Very glad I decided to get breakdown cover now!

Plus it only had it's MOT on saturday! God damn it....whatever's wrong with it I hope it's either fixable by the AA bloke, or cheap to fix!!

Car has had to go to the garage with what looks like a clogged EGR valve. The AA man was fantastic. He managed to get it running by hitting the valve with a hammer :rotfl: He then followed me to the garage and brought me home and I'm having to await a call from the garage to see what the damage is.

I'm praying that it's cheap! _pale_

One thing I will say though is that the AA were fantastic. The £7 a month I spent on their membership is DEFINITELY worth the money. Can't imagine how much it would've cost the get the car going and to the garage if I wasn't with them

Be careful they don't suggest it needs changing, I do believe that can be very expensive.

Yea, have seen online it's often around £200  Will see what they say and if they suggest it needs changing I'll ask if they can clean it instead.

I'm so selling the car. Might get a horse instead.
