    yesterday for me was:-

    1. Asked for refund of postage costs for an order which took over 4 weeks to be delivered (this gave me £2.95 credited to my account)
    2. NSD (yippeee)
    3. Left heating off until half an hour before bedtime for the kids (we put on jumpers and I shut the bedroom doors so the rooms were toasy ready for when they went to bed). I then turned it off after an hour as the house was lovely and warm.
    4. Made badges ready for craft fair coming up next weekend.
    5. Made a claim for missing cashback from Quidco (tracking at £7)

    Hello everyone,
I would really like to have a go at this challenge so I hope you don't mind me joining you. I'm having a few self esteem issues and I think this will make me feel a bit better each day to know I have achieved one or two things.
    Today I intend to
    1. Go for a 30 minute brisk walk(no cost)
    2. reinstate my pedometre to help me keep fit
    3. use supermarket vouchers instead of leaving them on the kitchen work surface!
    4. clear out kitchen cupboards to find enough food for.....
    5. making a menu for the week to use as much food as possible and buy as little as possible

You are all very inspirational and are reminding me of lots of things I could be doing to help myself.

    Thank you

    Slowdown:)
