    Hi folks,

Well I'm finding this very tough to do today, an old friend of mine has passed away from cancer. :( He was only diagnosed just over a month ago, so it is a bit of a shock.

However, he always managed to stay positive, so I am dedicating today's five positive things to him. Andrew, you were one-in-a-million.

    1. Worked this evening
    2. NSD
    3. Made a slow-cooker meal for us, that will do OH for lunches for the next couple of days
    4. Planned a super new years eve
    5. Made a PAD.

A day off tomorrow so I plan to catch up with swagbucks and the like. Oh, why do people have to get sick? It has made me so sad.
  • Really sorry to hear ur bad news thevinternet. Glad that you are managing to find some positives to post. I love this thread, sorry i don't post more often. I can do some positives for today:

    1. Had a lovely day at work and got lots of extra shifts for the next couple've weeks
    2. Had an AMAZING day in York yesterday and I have nearlyalmost finished my Xmas shopping
    3. Had a good class with some new members tonight
4.Finished making all my Xmas cards
    5. Ordered everything I need on ebay to finish Xmas making and for ebay postage

Keep posting everyone, shall I make a new thread for December?
    Don't turn a slip up into a give up:D

Thanks, and it's lovely to read about your positives. Yes, let's have a shiny new thread for December - would you mind posting the link on here when you've done it please?

I sadly can't make my friends funeral, so I am feeling crappy about that today. However, I will try to remain positive, also my friend loved making lists, so he would have approved! :T Here were my five things from yesterday

    1. Got xmas decorations up
    2. Tidied house for one hour
    3. Formed a plan for ebaying some stuff
    4. NSD
    5. Made a PAD.
6 (!) Also made some more Swagbucks. Over 600 on there now, not long till I can cash some out, woo hoo!
