NO internet here for a whole week. Theieves stole our copper cable:( You have no idea how much you use the internet until it goes.
Anyway onto weighty matters. I am pleased to announce a 1lb lose this week:D What I don't understand is this week I have not been on my best behaviour and enjoyed a lovely take away last weekend and TWO deserts full of chocolate, still I am not complaining. I have made an excellent start to this week with a two hour walk with a friend in the November sunshine. I would LOVE to be under ten stone before Christmas.Enough money to live on so retired early...planning to see where life takes me:D0 -

Hi all
After a brief flirtation with Dukan (4 days) and the most awful taste in my mouth imaginable I decided to join Tesco diets (Totals)
I have lost 3.5 lbs in 1st week, not too bad considering I went over my totals limit every day!

Morning all. A more sensible 2lb 1/2 loss for me this week, down to 13st 9.Smashed through my weightloss target. Looking at 120lbs+ loss. BMI over 40 down to 20.5. Training hard to get body fat under 20%, not far to go now :j0

Morning all. 3lb loss from me. Now down to 12st 5lb.
Does anyone else seem to work a week behind themselves in terms of weight loss? The week I worked super hard I stayed the same, and then the week just gone I was terrible but had a decent loss. It always seems to be this way. Is it just me being weird? lol
Have a good week all xxx
