No Naughty Nibbles in November for the 7 lb club

Well done to everyone who completed the previous challenges :j, and a warm welcome to all newcomers! (if I forget to put you on the first page list - nag at me until I do :rotfl:, oh and you don't have to let anyone know your starting weight unless you really want to!)
Here goes for another half stone challenge! Don't think of how much you'd like/need to lose, just focus on losing those 7lbs for November! See, it doesn't seem so bad, does it
This is a useful site for tracking your weight, food etc

You set up your own target by inputting weight, height, how active your lifestyle is, and any medical conditions. Then each day you keep a food diary by inputting what you eat, and also an activity log. The site works out your calories for input (food) and output (activity). The idea is that you keep the input between 500 and 1000 cals below the output, but without dropping below the minimum food cals set by the site for your lifestyle etc. And best of all the calorie count site is free!

WHAT no naughty nibbles?????????:( O.K. Dragon you had better count me in too. Although I have lost over half a stone I am still two stone heavier than I was when I got married and now at the point when I felt so huge two years ago I HAD to do something about it:o As in November I have only lost a lb a week I could still be here for quite some time. I will weigh in Saturday as usual. Don't worry if you can't put my weight in immediately Dragon....enjoy having your friends overEnough money to live on so retired early...planning to see where life takes me:D0

oooh sign me up! I need some people keeping their eye on me to help me ditch 9lb before Christmas, so 7 in November would be wonderful!

Please sign me up...I can't remember if I joined in October but with the small matter of a wedding halfway through the month I certainly didn't keep up with the weighing. I'll get back to doing that on Sunday and that can be my SW for November. No need to worry now about fitting in a wedding dress but am still determined to get the weight down for our (hopefully to be booked) cruise next year0
