No Naughty Nibbles in November for the 7 lb club

Hi, can I join in?
My starting weight is 9st5 and according to the (lovely) nurse who weighed me and took my BP for the pill, i've gained 2 stone since late 2009. Although she agreed that 7st5 wasn't a hiealthy weight to begin with she added that I should be around the 8st5 mark. TBH I have noticed that my clothes are getting tighter and I have no energy
.
7 lbs off this month would be fab.
I'm moving mid December and my new house is right beside the local pool and gym so as of then I have no excuse (unless it snows haha) Plus all that moving heavy furniture should help a bit, but that December not November. I'll probably do weigh ins on Friday nights as thats the only time I have access to scales.
Of course you can join, the more the merrier

How is everyone else doing this week? I'm finding it hard to keep away from the crisps (impossible actually
).

Well after my weekend of decadence last weekend (friends staying over for the weekend) I am back tracking and logging my calories and I am determined to get below 300 pounds by the end of the month :eek:Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Weighed myself this morning - lost 1/2 lb so I am now 12 stone 6.
Bit disappointed really, although I suppose it's still a step in the right direction. I was 14 stone when I started. Yesterday I was moaning that half my clothes are too big now!
Next week I am on holiday, so I am not holding out much hopes for losing any more that week.0 -
Hi Dragon and everyone else, just a measly half pound for me too:( I am getting a bit fed up with my slow progress. I seem to do alright at the beginning of the week only for things to go to pot at the weekend. I denied the entire family desert last night as well in preparation for this mornings weigh in.;)
Things will go to pot tonight for certain. My husband and I are celebrating the fact that we have a zero balance in our offset mortgage.I cashed in our last ISA last week just before the stock market fell again:D We were going to go out to a restaurant until we realised that both of our teenagers(who actually have a social life) were going out and that we will have to stay in and babysit the dogs, as it is fireworks night,a take away it is then:rotfl::rotfl:Enough money to live on so retired early...planning to see where life takes me:D0 -

That's true, and I am now a size 16 instead of an 18.0 -
Oh good grief I feel like I'm in a confessional...forgive me Dragon for I have pigged out and put on 2lbs this week :eek:
I would like to say I'm surprised but I'm not - I've been buying chocolate bars at every opportunity and then ended last night with a big burger and 4 doughnuts (yes I bought a bag to share with hubby but ate them all myself
)
E- must try harder0
