    Hi all,
Count me in for this month Dragon my starting weight is 164lbs.
Got down to 156lbs before I fell badly off the bandwagon, so hopefully I can shed 7lbs and start moving in the right direction again.

  • I'd like to add my starting weight of 162lb if you don't mind. And to think - when I started in mid september, I was 14lb heavier than that!

    Hi

I would like to join you this month please. I did really well from January to July having lost 3stone, but I am struggling with the willpower to lose the last bit. I weigh in at SW on a tues so I will post my start weight tomorrow.

    Good luck everyone.

  • Take me back, pleeeease!! lol

I've just bought a dress from Coast for my friend's wedding. Nearly fainted when I looked at the price tag I tells yer! But it's bootiful, and I don't "do" buying clothes.

The problem is it's a size 14 and i'm a....er....size....15! :o So, I think a 7lb loss would sort things out and make it sit a little better to I don't spend the day with my tummy sucked in.

I shall weigh in at the gym tonight and let you know my start weight in the morning.

    Good luck all.
