Oh good grief I feel like I'm in a confessional...forgive me Dragon for I have pigged out and put on 2lbs this week
I would like to say I'm surprised but I'm not - I've been buying chocolate bars at every opportunity and then ended last night with a big burger and 4 doughnuts (yes I bought a bag to share with hubby but ate them all myself :o )
    E- must try harder

Urm ..... oops! :p, hmm that takes the group weight loss so far into negative figures :rotfl:

Well, I can change that, I'm 6lb down this week. All thanks to a tummy bug - so I imagine next week will be a different story for me and I'll spend the rest of the month slowly gaining it all back :o

The scales say I dropped 3lbs this week. Not sure how much I trust them but I will keep doing what i'm doing and see where I am at the end of the month.

Sounds good to me! I am down a pound ( 4 more to hit three milestones in one!)

    Hi all,

No change here this week I'm afraid,

Sounds familiar, I bought a bag of Tesc0's 5 white chocolate chip cookies the other day, I'd eaten two before I got home, then another that night, hid the last two and they somehow vanished the following day. Hubby didn't even see a crumb!

I don't know why but I just seem to have lost the will power recently. I can't afford to gain any weight or even STS, as a few weeks ago I got new uniform for work, ordered the same size as the old design I was wearing but the new shirts are tight and looking like I should be in the next size, I really don't want to order it though, I'm blaming the washer shrinking them, but we all know the real reason. Hopefully its the incentive I need to stick to it.

Good luck again to all this week.
