    Hi Dragon

Sign me up please. Starting weight 13st 4lbs.

Have a lovely weekend everyone. See you after my hols :j for which the plan is lots of walks with the dog along the coast and good healthy meals so we'll see how that works out!

Have to say thanks. Due in large part to this thread I feel so much better now and much more confident. Us women honestly - why does other peoples opinion matter so much? Still doing it for me and my health not them.

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

Start weight of 198.5. Thanks Dragon x
Smashed through my weightloss target. Looking at 120lbs+ loss. BMI over 40 down to 20.5. Training hard to get body fat under 20%, not far to go now :j
  • O.K. Dragon its a STS week for me . Start weight 145.5lb. I have been so good this week up until Thursday when I started to feel a cold coming on and I just could not drag myself out for any exercise yesterday. I am a bit dissappointed but hey ho it's another month now. I was going to blame the fact that I now weigh in on a Saturday(ie after Friday night) and then I realised that I was being daft:o

Hi Dragon, can you please put my November SW as 10st 5lb. I was actually pleasantly surprised at that as I abandoned my diet pretty much altogether in the run-up to the wedding but think I burnt it off with nervous energy! And although I did eat too much naughty stuff on honeymoon we did a lot of walking. But now it's back to reality :( I'll do my weigh in each Sunday morning
  • Hi Dragon & everyone else  its been a couple of months since I've been on this thread - I've now lost just over a stone and have 5lbs left to go before I get to my *ideal* weight. Be really good to get it over & donne with in Nov. cureent weight is 8st 10lbs (I'm in the teeni weeni brigade at 5foot so any extra lbs show up a lot! :o Good luck for Nov everyone x
