O.k not the best week in my house. Lots of stress, two hormonal teenagers and the big O in a house of teachers:(
So I have lost just 1/4lb making my total for this month so far just 3lb. Must try harder.
I intend to plan my meals carefully for the weekend and make allowances for the fact my son is bringing a girl home for tea on Saturday;) I must also try and fit in some more exercise but I am not really sure how. I know I have two late nights at work this week as well...I suppose I should just be grateful I did not put any on. The fact that I had to weigh myself this morning meant I was not tempted to eat the sweets my son brought home from his school trip though.Enough money to live on so retired early...planning to see where life takes me:D0 -
1lb off so back to 11st 8
this seems to be my bogey weight for the time being0 -
Another lb off for me - at least I'm still going in the right direction, even if it is slower than I would like!

Hi Everyone,
Sorry I haven't been around but my computer has gone to silicon heaven so I rarely get chance to get online.
Anyway - here to report end of the month weight while I have a chance. Now 12st - 12lbs well pleased with that even though it isn't the magic 7lbs we aim for. Takes me right to the edge of moving from being classed as obese to being just overweight!
Will sign up for December if I get chance
Love to all - Ma0 -
Hi all,
Hope you all had a great week.
Whilst I have great intentions to sticking to my calorie allowance, doing lots of exercise and not tucking into anything sinful, it goes well for probably about 90% of the time, then I seem to have these forgetful moments when I could quite easily eat my own weight in chocolate or empty a shelf from the fridge and before I know it I've screwed up once again.
This week Lindt chocolates were my downfall, ( I didn't quite eat my own body weight in them), but the £2.00 a box special offer, bought with the intension of putting one in each of the 8 christmas table crackers I'm making, cost me in lbs rather than £'s. Yes the crackers got a chocolate each, but then I had the task of deciding what to do with the remaining 8 chocs left, not to mention the 2nd box which I had bought with the intention of giving it as a gift to replace the box of chocs I opened last week. Well you can guess the rest.
So this week I am determined not to buy any chocolate, no matter how great the special offer and the gift has now changed to alcohol as I can manage to resist that quite easily. I obviously do not have the will power to resist temptation, so I will have to ensure the opportunity is not even available to me.
I have managed to lose 0.5lb this week, which brings me a total of 2lbs lost in Novemebr and a total of 23lbs lost altogether. I am hoping that I can achieve 5lb loss in the 3 weigh-ins before Christmas to reach the 2 stone lost mark for the year.:T 2015 TARGETS :TWeight loss 12.5/112lb 18th feb -4.5lb, 25th feb -2.5lb, 4th mar -2.5, 11th Mar -3,
