12 5 1/2 this morning. It's slow this month! I did have a week off though. I ate chocolate fudge cake, two packets of crisps, a pizza, and drank beer and wine. It was my birthday, OK?

Hi all, not official weigh in day but I wanted to share my joy. Got on the wii (as it has my start weight on it) this morning and since starting with you guys in July I'm now 4st and 2lbs lighter! Feeling great too :D

Absolutely amazing - well done :D

I have lost 3lbs this week which takes me to 170lbs and a total of 31lbs lost.

To motivate me even more I have decided to do a sponsored slim in aid of The Make a Wish Foundation. I have a Just Giving page set up, only did it yesterday and already I have £35 - my target is to lose at least a stone by Christmas and to raise a minimum of £250. I really hope I can do it as I want someone else to benefit from my dream of being thinner and healthier again and I can't think of a better cause than this one.

    Hi all,

Totally blown this week's effort, yesterday, after opening the box of celebrations I had bought my brother in law for Christmas, now all the malteasers and galaxy ones have somehow vanished.:mad::mad:. I should know better than to buy them 6 weeks in advance!

I have managed to lose half a pound this week, but feel really bad as we were out to dinner with friends on Saturday night and I not only had desert, but a few glasses of wine and a rather large baileys to finish off, so basically the weekend was a disaster calorie wise.

I have however, today purchased Rosemary C's , diet and fitness magazine in the hope that it will somehow manage to motivate me and ensure I am good this week. Fingers crossed.

Hi everyone. Another 1lb off for me this week. Trouble is the xmas sweets are in the house. But this is the first year I have not opened a big tin of sweets and ate them. I dont intend to either. When I get the urge/craving I get up and do something and it passes. I do have a bit of chocolate at the weekends though so Im not depriving myself.
  • 13st 6 for me. Feels like it's slowing down now :(
Smashed through my weightloss target. Looking at 120lbs+ loss. BMI over 40 down to 20.5. Training hard to get body fat under 20%, not far to go now :j
  • Hi guys, down to 12st 4lb yesterday so that's another 1lb off (4 in total, woo hoo!).

I can't see next weeks weigh in being very nice though. I've been such a slacker with exercise this week. Must be the cold dark nights.

Hope you all have a good week. xx
