Little bit of a scam?

Today's Birmingham KGB deal:
http://www.kgbdeals.co.uk/birmingham/deals/53411/unlimited-food---cuizeneco---birmingham?utm_source=ym&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=dailydeal&utm_term=53413&utm_content=birmingham&kigdb=45961e27-a2b8-102d-a943-4040747c9ad5
In fact I've seen this deal pop up somewhere before.
It's for an 'all-you-can-eat' Caribbean restaurant except, when you read the terms and conditions, it's a MAXIMUM of TWO plates per person!
How does that equal 'all you can can eat'?

andManagement reserve the right to charge extra for unreasonable excess food on your plate
so it s not all you can eat then
its all you can eat on 2 plates that isnt filled to much, according to the management
id avoid and go to the Caribbean place in Moseley if you want some good food0 -
Lol I missed that bit; unbelievable!0

So it's all you can eat as long as you don't eat too much..."Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, But beautiful old people are works of art."

This is standard policy at the all you can eat resturants, its amazing how much waste there is..
people pile up on food they might not have tried before, decide they dont like it.. it gets thrown away...
it's not just for the offer, next time you go to one of these resturants you will see this notice quite clearly0 -

Yes, for food left uneaten on your plate.
This doesn't state that that's what it means (though I admit it might be what they mean). This as it sounds, seems to imply that if you take too much food in the first place they will charge you, whether you eat it or not.
This makes it very, very difficult for anyone to eat 'all they can eat' since they can only take two plates anyway...0 -
I can understand having some sort of "reasonable usage" condition but 2 plates and we may charge extra if you fill your plates too much/leave food is ridiculous. I'd be tempted to report them to trading standards for misleading advertising.Wedding 5th September 20150

The restaurant the offer is in may well be an all you an eat buffet, but it doesn't say all you can eat on the deals page.
It does say 2 plates maximum.
About the only thing they could say is please note this is an all you can eat buffet restaurant however a maximum of 2 plates of food per person is the maximum allowed under this offer.
I can understand their excessive food policy as some people really take the p*ss out of thing like this and would get 4 or 5 or more standard plate sizes piled high on on 2 plates.
Ultimately, that means that less offers are available for the rest of us.0 -
I've just clicked on the link provided and nowhere does it make reference to "all you can eat".
It is also quite clearly stated that the offer includes a maximum of two plates per person, it isn't hidden in the terms and conditions, it is quite clearly stated under the heading "by the way".
So where's the scam?
The details of the offer on the page have been changed since yesterday.
Presumably someone pointed out to the restaurant or KGB Deals that only telecom companies and Internet providers are allowed to limit unlimited services.
A clue to what was originally offered can be found in the page's URL: 'unlimited-food---cuizeneco---birmingham.'
I wonder if the 86 people who have already bought into the deal will be informed of the change?0
