If an order comes you don't want, is the best thing to do to just refuse to accept it?
I ordered one item twice because I didn't know about all the codes until the second order. The second, cheaper order just arrived. I never got confirmation of the first order, but they will probably get around to it. I'll try to call and cancel, but if I can't, I wonder if I should just refuse delivery?0 -

yes you should refuse the delivery at the door.
this is what we advise customers in this instance, as we cant cancel it once its dispatched, once we get it back you will get a refund/credit to your account as soon as we can.0 -

I can categorically tell you anything ordered on the 26th is fine, stupid thing is everyone ordered sodding hard drives like the OP.
they are genuinely out of stock i beleive, what with the flooding in Thailand (our suppliers area) its compounded the issue.
if you ordered something sensible on the 26th it should be no problem, i am aware of *some* orders placed on the 27th going out, but these arent guaranteed afaik.0 -

no, we wont charge delivery.
i think the only ones we do sometimes do are the Northern ireland and sciliy isles orders because delivery on those is something near £44+ sometimes.
but if you moaned enough we'd refund it anyway.0 -
