I can categorically tell you anything ordered on the 26th is fine, stupid thing is everyone ordered sodding hard drives like the OP.
they are genuinely out of stock i beleive, what with the flooding in Thailand (our suppliers area) its compounded the issue.

if you ordered something sensible on the 26th it should be no problem, i am aware of *some* orders placed on the 27th going out, but these arent guaranteed afaik.

no, we wont charge delivery.

i think the only ones we do sometimes do are the Northern ireland and sciliy isles orders because delivery on those is something near £44+ sometimes.

but if you moaned enough we'd refund it anyway.

I have to say Staples customer services have been brill....but I'm not sure if I got confused... I've got an order on the way to me which I don't want they did tell me to refuse the delivery but when I said that I worked full time she said that If a neighbour recieves the parcel I can just call Staples and they would send tnt to pick up is this right?????

I ordered on the 26th and have had no confirmation email (have not checked my bank account), however it was a hard drive. Fingers crossed following leebtyler's info that I will get it.
