yes you should refuse the delivery at the door.
this is what we advise customers in this instance, as we cant cancel it once its dispatched, once we get it back you will get a refund/credit to your account as soon as we can.

no, we wont charge delivery.
i think the only ones we do sometimes do are the Northern ireland and sciliy isles orders because delivery on those is something near £44+ sometimes.
but if you moaned enough we'd refund it anyway.0 -

I ordered wed, hadnt had any confirmation till today saying my order is being processed. Saying that, husband made an order too, but he hasnt had any email yet0

I have to say Staples customer services have been brill....but I'm not sure if I got confused... I ordered on the 26th and have had no confirmation email (have not checked my bank account), however it was a hard drive. Fingers crossed following leebtyler's info that I will get it.30+ years working in banking0
