please be patient with Staples staff, its not their fault, there is currently 3,000 backed up orders to clear and very few staff to clear them! if you must blame someone blame the idiot in marketing that obviously skipped the class that included "always put terms and conditions apply" on vouchers!!0

I too have received my order today and had used both codes to get the £30 discount.:D
I must say, Staples should be congratulated for honouring all the orders, lots of companies wouldn't have!:T:T:T

If an order comes you don't want, is the best thing to do to just refuse to accept it?
I ordered one item twice because I didn't know about all the codes until the second order. The second, cheaper order just arrived. I never got confirmation of the first order, but they will probably get around to it. I'll try to call and cancel, but if I can't, I wonder if I should just refuse delivery?0 -

yes you should refuse the delivery at the door.
this is what we advise customers in this instance, as we cant cancel it once its dispatched, once we get it back you will get a refund/credit to your account as soon as we can.0
