Nothing at all here. Ordered around 9pm Wednesday, order was for one item over £300. No confirmation of order email. The order is visible when I login to account and money is earmarked but not yet processed in bank account. No reply yet to my email sent to Staples asking for an update.

Looks like another order is on it's way, ordered on 27/10 so looks like orders are being fulfilled. Thought this one would get cancelled, so well done Staples...............definitely be ordering again from them..............just waiting for the next glitch!!!

just received cancellattion email for my HP printer due to unprecedented demand out of stock.. Gutted as we really needed it. Order was placed about 8am on Thursday.

Did you call to ask them to cancel, or email? I ordered one item before I knew about all the codes, then re-ordered it with all the codes at a cheaper price, and the cheaper one has been dispatched. I was going to just return the pricier order when it comes, but it would be nice to just cancel it if possible.
