I ordered on the 26th, have had a processing email (got that straight away) but no dispatch email and no sign of the order yet. I can log into my staples account and the order is in the order history

I ordered 2 between 2-3am thursday morning no confirmation order on either but just recieved a processing order on the second

I ordered yesterday at 8:45am. I got my order processed emails at about 12pm today. Hope that helps someone.

Hi everyone! If it helps I placed an order at about 1.30am on Thursday morning. I received confirmation of order and that it has been processed today at 3.30pm Looks like orders will all be honoured, it's just taking a while for them to get round everyone to process them all. :j Thanks again OP!

Got another call from Staples today on an order made Thursday morning, said my payment hadn't processed and so I gave them the card number. Then I got a confirmation email (including order number) afterwards. I got a bit of a start as the lady noted the codes used and how much had been taken off, but she didn't say I couldn't use them and just processed the payment. I could hear other people on phones in the background saying similar things, so I think Staples is busily trying to sort out the mess and many of you will probably hear from them.

Also, I had put in the code for a free wine rack, which appeared in my basket when I placed the order. Maybe they ran out, because my confirmation says I get a free travel accessory kit, which is probably the one mentioned in this post? Sounds good to me! Now I'm just hoping something doesn't happen before dispatch where they end up cancelling the order or the discount!
