can people bit a bit clearer and say what time their order was placed, if it was recieved or cancelled. Makes it easier for those of us waiting :beer:

Hi, I received confirmation of 'receipt of the order 'emails for four of my orders within minutes of placing them however I have only received an actual 'processed order' email for the fifth order for which I never received the initial email.

It does seem a bit chaotic however it just happens that the fifth order was the higher value order, they may be ignoring/rejecting orders that were ending up virtually free !!

Initial four orders made around 10pm on the 26th, the fifth order was made around 6am on the 27th.

Nothing actually cancelled so far.

I placed 2 orders, one Wednesday night and the other yesterday morning.
The order from yesterday morning just got delivered. I received an Order processed email but no despatch email.

TNT just deliveedr my order which was made on Wednesday night.
Cheeky 2nd order made yesterday is now regarded only as a possibility - would be nice though.

I have also received a 'processed email' for a second order made by my OH on the morning the code was pulled. Result.
