    3) you wake up in the night after a nightmare that someone else gets all the boots bargains before you

I wouldn't be surprised if I have this nightmare tonight. I am already feeling panicky because I'm snowed in today and haven't had my daily fix of Boots:cry: I'm worried all the Sanctuary stuff will be gone by the time I get there and I haven't bought a single Sanctuary item. I'm still trying to work out which vouchers to use. If I buy 3 items on 3 4 2 do I need to spend 10.00 before 3 4 2 kicks in or after, in order to use the 2.00off voucher from the wrap? Has anyone used the 200p from AC machine plus the 200p from change one thing and the 2.00off voucher in the same transaction? I really don't want to end up arguing over points again, if I can help it!

Has anyone bought the 8.00 peel today and got a wrap free? I need (?) another wrap:D

Thanks for looking for me, you're a :A i rang cs this morning though and the entire range is being discontinued, so its back to the drawing board for me. So even if i got the Liverpool branch to send stuff over here, it will only last for so long before they run out too. I got some cream(diprobase) today from the pharmacy instead, will try that. I have nightmare skin:mad:

Its sods law, you find something that works and then a couple of months later, it gets discontinued.

I'm off to stock up (I hope) tomorrow. After facial shingles, I have completely bonkers skin too. I know it verges on medical advice, which the site doesn't allow, but those of us who struggle to find stuff we're not allergic too could keep each other posted, perhaps.

Just wanted to let you know that I have tried the peel and wrap today and it didn't work. Was told I had to spend £15 in order to get it.

Anyone had any luck today with the peel/wrap?

Help! I am fairly steaming mad because I bought two aromatherapy items (pillow mist mini and purple bath essence, both a quid) on two separate transactions, only to find later that the 100 points vouchers hadnt worked.
As so many posters have said that customer services have been helpful and added points when they rang them, tried that. Got a bloke, he said he couldnt add any points on because he didnt have the paper receipt. I said surely you could see it on the computer and he said something about seeing the transaction the day after, but when I said I would call back, he said he still wouldnt add the points on. Very unhelpful. Should I write a complaint letter do you think? He said I had to go back to a store to get them added on, which is very inconvenient.
What would you all do? It puts me off using the machine since you cant rely on it.
Aromatherapy vouchers are the ones which state ANY item from the range.

they didnt work for me either but i would rather wait incase i something else doesnt go on for more points than be seen as a constant complainer ringing up cs (ive had to do it before and im sure they will have a list of phonecalls made)

  • Am starting to get paranoid today in boots felt all sa were whispering about me. I try to go to a different one each time but am in there daily clutching clammy fist of vouchers. And hands up who has been buying all the botanics lip balm in bristol! When i get to botanics section i always seem to bump in to another boots tart! You can always recognise them, wild look in eye and shuffeling different vouchers.
:j I sometimes give myself admirable advice, but am incapable of taking it.
