  • YIPEEEE, my replacement AC card has arrived. I thought Id miss out on all of the offers.

Now Ive got to try & work out what the best offers are. I also have some £2.50 vouchers to spend.

So much to think about so little time to act
  • I had the reverse problem with the aromatherapy voucher and £1 sleep spray - she misunderstood the voucher and thought it mean I should have the spray for free(!). Still I think I got lots of brownie points from her and the SA next to her for being honest and pointing this out :)

OO EK, Yes you should still be given them, still got plenty of shelf life left on them yet!! I would ring CS up to be honest, you did quite a big spend, could you have split it up? or was it one or two more expensive items, you could have got 4 if able to split? Good Luck.;)
I tried unsuccessfully to use my double points voucher (see my previous post) which is why I didn't split up the purchases.

Which number do I ring to complain? The customer care number or the Advantage Card number on the back of the receipt? :undecided
Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician.... :/

Just got back from Boots as it happens!!!!:rotfl:

Managed to finally, finally get my No7 wrap I was desperate for. I was waiting until I could claim back another £10 Boots voucher from Pigsback, ordered it monday, arrived today :j

Knew more or less what I wanted, so it did go pretty well, I wanted the No7 spring make up pallette £10.50, and noticed Matt Velvet Lippy in a compact reduced to £6.50 which I thought was quite nice, and then picked up the beautiful wrap. so transaction one was
    N07 heavenly eye pallette £10.50
    No7 Mat Velvet Lip Colour £ 6.50
    N07 GWP £0.00
    Total to Pay £16.50
    Pigsback voucher £10.00
    Card sales £ 6.50 Plus
200 points ACM voucher for Pallette, plus 75 points voucher on a £10 spend plus norm points awarded 24 points= 294 points awarded on a £6.50 spend and a skincare voucher (my first!!)

    Then I went and got
342 on smile toothpaste (with 100 points voucher ACM ) 59p each or £1.18
UG dazzle Shine hair mist (with 100 point voucher ACM ) £2.99
Boots own cough&cold capsules (no mags left so couldnt get another 100 points from mag voucher :( ) 99p
total to pay £5.16 plus another skincare voucher

Then I had a quick rumage about, saw the Mens shave foam Nivea for men, £2.69 and used one of my £2.50 vouchers, 19p to pay.

Wanted to have a look at the sanctuary stuff, but I had only enough change to pay for half hours parking, which was up by this point, and I had only gone to our smaller boots, so not as much choice. Although it did confuse me, as people on here are saying what vouchers they have used on the sanctuary stuff, yet, I had 150 points from ACM, plus £2 off £10 spend but for bathing only and £2.50 off facial only. I forgot about the COT booklets. How are you all using your vouchers all together?? Im gonna go into our bigger store tomorrow and have a look as they will have more choice. I didnt see any sanctuary facial things at the Boots ive just been in. None of our stores have had Sale items either :(
if you cant have what you want, be grateful for what you have :T

    Pickle number 3 arrived 24th december 2007 :A

Put peel kit through first, then wrap, then big buzz, then SA swung screen round which said "customer does not qualify for free gift"

Was so embarassed QUICKLY grabbed another peel kit and said "Will it work now".....of course it did but 2 x Kits (1600 points) and only 1 wrap

Ah well......at the end of the day it is STILL 2 peels for the price of one original kit and it is STILL 1 wrap (ok not 2!) so not the best deal but not the worst deal either.

How people have managed to get kit/wrap with points I don't know but I will not be trying again :o

I think it might be because the tills now recognize the peel as £8 instead. In my local boots (at Oxford) there are signs next to the box that indicate that it's now half-price! I haven't tried yet though, how unfortunate! Would love to have another one of those lovely wraps

All Lutsine products still full price in Lincoln; SA in charge of Lutsine and Avene had not heard about anything being reduced or discontinued.
