I tried saying I didn't realise it was technically a mini (although it is small) but didn't seem to work. Think she even scanned it as she scribbled over it, but the receipt didn't pick up the points so she handed it back after checking.
Hi Cookie, ring customer services - the same happened to me and they added them on for me.:staradmin:starmod: beware of geeks bearing .gifs...:starmod::staradmin:starmod: Whoever said "nothing is impossible" obviously never tried to nail jelly to a tree :starmod:0 -
Ta, will try that. I've heard so many good things about the CS from this forum, but to be honest I'm sooo worn down from endless hours arguing with CS for other companies I get put off.:rotfl:0

I felt like I was being watched today in my local Boots. I had a £10 gift voucher from pigsback to spend
My local store is only small (Castleford) and everytime I walked past an aisle where the SA was sat at the till, she was glaring at me
After a couple more minutes I noticed the No7 lady was also watching me
So I walked out and went to Pontefract. I bought Hydro Quench Day Sorbet (which i needed) £14.50 and was looking for something cheap to make my £15.... then I spotted the No7 tanning wipes for £1.50, grabbed one and a free wrap went to the till :T :T
Used 250 points voucher for hydro. So £16.00 + free wrap. Paid with my FREE £10.00 voucher from Pigsback, leaving £6.00 but received 256 points :rotfl: :T:heartpuls Miss Cheivous :heartpuls:A Boots Tart in Training :ABoots AC points - £28.210 -
I know I have been listing all of the products, but I am not sure I have got it just right.
Bought full size
rasul mud
body lotion
body scrub
could only use £2 off a £10 spend from the No7 vouchers
and an extra 200 points,
Really disapointed as she took both 200 vouchers
It would not take the facial skincare voucher.
Anyone got any ideas? The sign of a wasted life is a tidy house, Welcome to the chaos!0 -
the sanctuary skin brightening moisturiser is worth £10! bargain at £2 =free with skincare voucher and the moisturiser is worth £8 and has a spf15 so im getting a glycolic peel tomorrow and then using the moisturiser.I have to say the sanctuary range is excellent and i wouldn't have tried without the vouchers-menthol scrub is really nice, charcoal mask and skin brightener work really well, might treat myself to the facial spritzer with my last voucher.Love can tame the wildest0

mandy_44 wrote:She should have still given you the pillow mist as the voucher does not exclude minis it doesn't exclude anything they manually added my points and agreed with me you need to tell them there is no terms and conditions
a lot of people seem to be having probs using the aromatherapy ACM voucher, i thought i had a good deal got a reduced AE gift set but the 100 pts wouldn't go on SA said this was because it was clearance. I e mailed customer services and asked them to explain why it wouldn't wk as previously quoted there are no terms & conditions
This was their response "To maintain the current offer of 4 points per pound, which is over and above what other retailer's offer, we do restrict the use of our point's vouchers and discount vouchers to one per transaction" they were using the excuse that i had used another 100 pt ACM voucher in that transactions (for soltan)
They have added 250 pts to my card (the price of the gift set) so it was worth emailing them0 -

Bought
2 X Set of 3 foot treatment sachets reduced to £1.10 each from £2.25
1 X pack of exfoliating foot wipes reduced to £2.50 from £4.99
342 kicked in so cost £3.60 plus got 200 points from ACM machine
Wouldn't accept any of the other vouchers as it wasn't facial skincare!

Signs to look out for that mean you are addicted to Boots
1) your mother calls you from Boots to ask about a suitable present for your child, and you start going hyper wondering if there are any deals you are missing out on......
Anyway, serious question, how long do Boots online take to deliver? Ive only ever ordered at christmas time, which has taken a good week or 2 to arrive, so i havent a clue how long they take normally. Thanks in advance for any replies!0
