I just put one of the Urban Candy things in my basket... points awarded: 40 (so double points awarded).
Change it to 2 of them, my points are 580.... so confirmed the double points only work on the item costs, the 500 extra ones are as normal:rotfl:0 -
shame! Oh well...0

I only got my first advantage card this morning, so bear with me if this is a stupid question....
Online there is 500 points if you buy 2 of these items -> http://www.boots.com/shop/product_details.jsp?productid=1071708&classificationid=1044411&slmRefer=000
As it's double points online, does that mean that you'll get 1000 points for a £10 spend (making these items technically free)?
Thanks
ftb
I wish! If you add 2 to the online basket it allows 500 points. DOuble points only applies to 'normal' points which are earned at the rate of 4 points per pound spent. So for double points you would get 8 per pound spent. Extra points offers are excluded online just like they are in store.0 -
In todays Metro (Scottish edition anyway) on page 7 there is a voucher to be used in Boots for a free Revlon Age Defying Concealer worth £7.49 with a purchase of Revlon Age Defying make up at Boots. Voucher valid 8-14 Feb 2007.
I had a quick look at the Boots website and only found the foundation and concealer. Anyone know of any cheaper items?Tesco points: 101 (£21.50, £19.50, £7.50, £21 & £5)

Hiya,
Do all the stores give out vouchers ?
I spent £5.04yesterday buying lunch etc .... but didn't get a voucher.
Did they forget ? Do small stores not do them ? Should i take my receipt in and complain ? Should i have asked there and then ?
I'm in Glasgow today so off to see what the ACM gives me there..... i wish they'd put ACM's in all the stores

The Boots site isn't working properly for me - it keeps freezing.:mad:Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician....0

Think those two ARE the items... the website has the foundation listed as being called "Make up". So it's effectively buy the foundation, get the concealer. The pic in the advert (pg 13 of London metro) seems to say this too, it doesn't say "from the Revlon Age Defying Makeup range", though I've not been in store to confirm this.:rotfl:0 -
Fine now but it has been playing up for the past 48 hours0
