it might help cure the underlying reason why the dumps are being created, but not essential at this stage, just keep an eye on it growing again

uninstall mse and disable defender realtime scanning

you are overloaded with antivirus software

    uninstall windows search

if you are sure you no longer need the pictures and videos you have deleted, install and run ccleaner.

d is full of backups, which are pretty useless if your hard disk fails completely

    did you install Netintelligence Home

Program Data looks fine now, you should have a lot of space back on C:

Avast was hogging everything it seems with log files. Perhaps a setting had been changed to stop circular logging. Either way, it seems ok now.

Windows looks like you've set up (or someone has) scheduled backups. These are better put on an external drive (or across a network) but external backup drive would be best for you I think. You can then delete all the stuff on D:

What space do you have on C: now?

Hibernate is like "sleep" where you shut the lid of the laptop withouth shutting it down. If you don't use it, you can disable it and reclaim up to 4Gb of space :)
  • Hey Lucero

    I have now 26.2 gb free of 63.9gb on c drive :)
    4.04gb free of 64.9gb on D drive :(

On the Avast all i did was delete the logs from treewise and that gave me free space. How do i stop this from happening again as i havent made any changes to Avast.

How do i do the back up on external?

and how do i stop the hibernate?

sorry about all this im not a technical person so apologies if i sound thick :(
