ok deleted the music file but left ITUNES in

and emptied the recycling bin

i dont know what hibernate is? i'l come back at 10pm then see what else you have suggested for me to do am very grateful for your help

uninstall avast, delete the folder, reinstall avast

or find the big log file and delete it

Don't forget to zip (compress) docs using winzip or a similar programme.

just delete all those memory dumps in your screenshot

so i start from 1100.4mb - 33.2mb \as after that the logs look a different :$ and im not sure what thise are could you just confirm for me please

delete *.mdmp

or just uninstall, delete the directory, reinstall

i'l just delete it from the screen shots i put up as i dont know how im going to unistall it and then reinstall as i dont have a disk for the programme thankyou for your help
