Mis-sold Vodafone Contract?

Yolina - My O2 sim is dead. Only my voda sim works. When I call/text out the correct number is shown. The one ported from O2. But it won't receive any calls. Results in number is not recognised....0

Well the good thing is that the first half of the port went ok so at least you haven't lost your number
I'd keep pestering both O2 and Voda to sort out the rest. Porting is done in 2 stages so something went wrong at the point where O2 was supposed to release your number and Voda was supposed to take it (it happens!) a friend of mine had an issue porting from Voda to 3, but I can't remember if he was able to still receive calls on his "old" sim or not. Now free from the incompetence of vodafail0 -
It's been 4 days now that my number has not been working for. All I hear from Vodafone is try back later try back later and we are escalating the problem. Heidi the vodafone rep is a waste of space. She never bothered calling back either.
The contract is now past it's grace period so I can't even cancel it. Can I lodge a complaint elsewhere?0 -
Try calling Ofcom:Ofcom Advisory Team
If you have a complaint about a Telecommunications, Broadcast or general issue please call 0300 123 3333, 020 7981 3040 -
True
I think number porting is actually a rather complex process which relies on all parties doing the right thing at the right time and computer systems not having a tantrum or something so... Now free from the incompetence of vodafail0 -
Woah sending email to guy.laurence@Vodafone.com definitely got a response. Someone from the exec office who handles complaints tried to contact me twice and also they sent me an email. Also the porting problem got resolved too

Told you
it's pretty much the only way to get things moving along at Voda once you've hit a brick wall with CS Now free from the incompetence of vodafail0 -
