I'm glad to see this site back! Disgraceful that anyone should attack such a brilliant place as MSE and makes me all the more determined to tell everyone about it - I have the story front page in my November newsletter! (Rant over)
Anyway, back to my virtual reality of £2 coins - Ive gained another 2 since my last visit AND another Scottish paper pound note. The balance on my tax free interest is up as my ISA pays monthly and I have a charity auction event running this week, so all's looking good - except the Chrissie shopping! LOL I wonder if Martin does signed copies of his books and discount for multiple purchases? :rotfl:I reserve the right not to spend.
The less I spend, the more I can afford.

We are joining all of you £2 savers. We already have a change bottle with coppers and small change which we will use for holiday spending but I am going to get one of those tins that you can't open without a tin opener for any £2 coins! haven't got any yet!
By the way does anyone know where the November grocery challenge is?
:rotfl:Mortgage Free in 3 part 2 challenge - pay off £9000

I currently have £4 in my Monkey Bank :jNow a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
Well I have decided that I am going to open my tin at Christmas so I am going to stop keeping a tally of how much I have put in to build up the suspense! As well as £2 coins I have also been adding the occasional £1 coin and any Boots vouchers I have got via Pigsback or surveys. My tin is getting lovely and heavy. :j :j
