opened mines up last night and no mention in the box about vista at all, although i am not that concerned over this

That's twice they have now cancelled my order..... :-( not happy at all!

Just received another email now saying they have shipped the laptop, so my order was never cancelled in the first place then.

Hi there,

i have read about this deal on another website, I have just placed my order with play.com, if they cancel they cancel, it is just such a great deal, it is worth a go.

Regarding the Vista upgrade from what I have read, you just have to go to the gateway website and fill in the upgrade request, under store I think you use toys R us, as play isn't listed.

This is just what I have read works for other people.
