Has anyone that recieved one had any problems?

We we turned ours on the scrren is just white/bright and stays like that.

Tried booting it with a disk etc.

The best it gets is the getting started music in the background but no pic to see anything!

Unbelievably although I ordered at 23:40 on 24/01/07 when it was clearly in stock my order was cancelled this morning and I was told they had run out of stock.

Only when I phoned them mind, not even an email to tell me they had cancelled the order - And I have been a customer of theirs for over three years

I had the same problem after ordering mine on Saturday. However, during the call, a play.com employee checked why my order was cancelled and said the issue with stock has now been resolved with the supplier and i could reorder it after they reactivated my account. i only called as i received an email stating i need to contact them to confirm security details and then only i found out my ordered was cancelled.

I agree, Very POOR service from play.com.

anyhow, i then recieved a second email asking me to contact them and it has seemed to have gone through fine........ then again, won't really know until i receive it!

thats very strange them doing this, i ordered mines on 27 January 2007 10:13:49 and guess what it was delivered to my post office yesterday and i collected it today!!!

very odd that you ordered before me but they have not given one to you, get onto them tomorrow!!
