pigpen Im glad to see that you have some offers there to take over the thread. Thank you for all you have done. x My house has benefited so much from this thread. You take care and I look forward to hearing how you and your family are getting on.
  • indeed - I'm so glad to see offers coming in!

Piggers - you have done wonders running this thread - everyone on here really appreciates it. I look forward to continuing to read your posts!

  • I am in this week :D

Thank you Pigpen for everything :T I do hope you will still be posting, and chucking the odd fluffy mule, if needed :p We would miss your sense of humour if you disappeared completely.

I am about to start work in a mo, so will post my lists later
  • NNNNNNNOOOOOOOOO Just when ive found you!!!!

With thanks to your insperation i tackled my a Room Of DOOM yesterday. My kitchen is as spotless as it can be. I even degreased the walls using up old dish washer tablets in hot water (how frugal am I lol)
Only the cooker to do but ive set time aside on wednesday to do that one!!!!

I would offer to help with the thread but i'm a classic procastinator and i doubt my usefulness on anything computer based. I will however give my total support to whoever takes it over.

I said last week that i aim to be a level 1 flyer by christmas so this is week 1 of 9 attempts to complete the jobs list. (its half term, what a week to choose to start lol)

Wish me luck everyone and keep your fingers and toes crossed that i survive.

piggers You have been a wonderful inspiration all year. Take a break. I can't offer to help at the moment, but it would be a tragedy for the thread to go. DH is hopping up and down at the prospect of losing Flying - he is a great fan.

  • Thank you for running the thread so well, piggers.
TBH I am surprised that you have managed to keep it going for so long, considering everything else you have to deal with.

I would like to add my thanks, too, Pigpen. I would also like to thank those who have volunteered and hope the thread carries on.

Living room huh? Spies out in full force I see!
    *rolls eyes*

It would make sense to start with the gerbil cage, actually (it's in there) and work outwards, so to speak.

I also need to do a whole house clean, not least because I lost the weekend! So I shall more-or-less follow all week!

On a positve note, though, there is washing on the line and the laundry situation is far from critical - that's what I managed to keep up with!

And I have a frog list to deal with - let the gulping commence!

Hmm. I wonder whether piggers will be transferring ownership of the spyders? This could be our chance to get rid of them:D

Living room and dining room a tip. Need to clean carpets, but need to clear floors first. Grrrrr. Hall looks brilliant though.

  • Just popped in to give the Misses Shattereds their half term jobs lists. Glad I did, or I'd have missed your announcement Piggers. Sorry to hear you're having a rubbish time with your health. Thank you so much for running the thread in the years that I've been a flylady. :D It's been wonderful knowing that whenever things get a little out of control, I can pop back and resume order in a few days.
I have no chance of being able to help with the thread unfortunately. But if I know the flyladies & gents, they'll be someone supersonic to take up the mantle. :D
